"I didn't know why I was coming to this party and then I saw you and I thought, that's why," struggling songwriter BV (Ryan Gosling) says to fellow musician Faye (Rooney Mara). But this doesn't look to be a picture-perfect romance. "We thought we could just roll and tumble, live from song to song, kiss to kiss," Faye narrates. Apparently they couldn't, as BV suspiciously says "He's after you." Watch the drama unfold when the film has its world premiere at SXSW on March 10, before opening in Los Angeles and New York on March 17.
