It’s a(nother) record-breaking year for Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Movies & Mysteries — together the two networks will air 37 sugar-crusted, gooey-middled, it-all-somehow-magically-works-out-in-the-end TV movies, with the first one debuting on… Oct. 27.
